Employment

Eight/KAET and ASU Students

Arizona State University students will find student positions and/or internships available in practically every department of the station. Many of our student employees have gone on to successful careers in broadcasting, marketing, and journalism.
Studies have shown that students who work do just as well or better academically than non-working students and grades improve as students work more hours per week (up to 20). It was also concluded that working students are more likely to complete a degree program than non-workers. The hands-on experience students obtain can communicate to future employers their ability to succeed in a professional setting.

For a complete and current listing of student positions available at Eight, please begin at the ASU Student Employment Home Page and then click on On-Campus Hourly Jobs.
